Who am I?

At an age of 8 months, I did my first flight from Chile to Germany. At this moment my citizenship changed from Chilean to German.

Since then, I would say I dedicated my life to travelling and seeing other cultures. My whole life I have the feeling of missing something and not living in the right place. Even when I was a child, I could name a new place a home after only two days.

Analyzing my professional career, you can see where I am always heading. Firstly, I started as a film maker and tried to make my own picture of the world. It ended sadly and frustrating but it gave me the opportunity of rethinking my life and future.

My current career is something completely different. I am studying Economy Languages and Management South East Asia and I am starting the next semesters now.

What does this career tell you about me? It’s not a proof of mathematic skills, it’s more of a proof of my curiosity of other cultures. One of the main parts of the career is learning new languages. After I am fluent in English, Spanish and German I am learning now Bahasa Indonesia and Japanese. It feels great to learn a new language and to talk to local people in their own mother tongue.

One last important aspect about my personality is my thoughtfulness. Some would describe it as complicated. I would define me as somebody who likes to philosophize and think about other people’s minds. It gives me the deepest pleasure to help or to understand multilayered and profound minds.

Of course, my first goal is to travel for an affordable price, so I can visit many different countries and learn about their cultures and at the same time make friends all over the world. I try to help as much as I can in the kitchen or the household in general.

In return, I offer you my place to show my thankfulness. You are always welcome to the vivid city of Constance on the shore of the amazing Lake Constance, one of the most beautiful places in Germany.

Interests

To give you a better image about myself I will describe you three mayor interests. First of all I would like to mention my passion for bicycling. As far as I remember, I always had a strong inclination to it and in my opinion it’s one of the highest achievements of humanity.

Secondly I would like to describe my way of enjoying food. Some like to describe me as a grateful and thoughtful eater because I enjoy so much the different varieties of flavors food can offer and I take the time to describe how I feel about it. In the same way I like being the cook himself and talk about what we were able to produce and to value.

Last but not least, it would be wrong not to mention my interest in video games, especially the ones from the PS2/PS3 systems. Every game has it’s specific way of art style and has a right to exist. To be honest it’s hard to summarize this feeling, but I love to collect this little pieces of art and play them if I have the time for it.
