Hey!

I'm a young French man (28 years old) who used to learn agriculture and food-processing as engineering student in Dijon, France.

For my work or my holidays I love to travel, meet people, and share expériences or hobbies around a glass or a meal...

I had work as researcher-assistant at labs in Umea, Sweden (3 months) and Hanoi, Vietnam (6 months) always dealing with biotechnologies and bactérias.
Nowadays I am launching my own company, with one target, create good snack, with good taste, good nutritional values and good for the environnement :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Two things,

- Because it's a shame to travel without meeting local people, that's loosing a great part of the local culture.
- Because I'm still student and not billionaire yet. So I prefer to spend my money to share a meal with host than paying for a cold room in hotel...

Interests

Obviously discover people and culture all around the world...

More precisely;
I'm very interested about all the last reserches in biotechnologies, it's my studies.
As a good french man, I like to cook (with a lot of chease) and I'm a wine lover.
I love practice sport, i often run, and i'm always ready for a game of badminton, tennis, or volleyball. But sorry I do not know anythings aboute football...
To finish, I'm addict to mountains, I can't spend one summer without doing one week of hicking or one winter without skiing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Humm, so many stufs:
- Books: millenium, the lord of the ring, books wright by Robin Hobb, Jean M. Auel... I read a lot of suspence and fantasy books.
- Movies: I'm not realy a movie's fan, I have seen some of the last holywood blocbuster in flight.
- Music: I like classic rock and pop music (Muse, Stones, Scorpions, Queen...)
I listen electro, kygo, Steve Aoki, John Newman daft punk. There is nothing better to run!
I also like various types of music, Parov Stelar, Lindsey Stirling, VSQ.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done, and that I would repeat...

A big trek cross to himalaya. walking during 15 days, for more than 350km up to 5400m.
It's was an hard trek with awsome landscape, for sure I'll go back to Nepal for an other trek!
