About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To press my five senses firmly against this thing we call reality

ABOUT ME

I bounce between earnest and entertaining, am quick to deconstruct. And I´m curious, curious, curious. Warning- Moments of wry observation occur.

Indefinite travel period, currently having a look around spain. Off to Greece in May to do a couple of months volunteer work - after that - who knows? Now taking suggestions :)

PHILOSOPHY

Under Construction :P

Something like. . .
Pause. Open your mind, then your heart and watch your life expand.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I´ve only just heard about CS2, although I´ve often had couch surfers (we call them moocha´s). What an exciting concept. I´m travelling and would love to meet some other members and discover their life philosophies but if/when I find a spot to be still for a mo my own couch will be up for grabs.

Interests

Reading, writing, travel, hiking, horse-riding, but you know, the most interesting thing about this earth to me is the other people on it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Most recently read: Platform, Eleven Minutes, The Things we do.
Waiting for me in my pack: The Turning (Tim Winton), Never let me go (Kishio Isiguro).
As for music, well, I kind of go with the Dirk Gently philosophy and fall into whatever crosses my path, I like to taste things recommended by interesting people I meet. At the moment I´m listening to Tanya Stephens, a jamaican reggae artist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion...
No...um...probably.......volunteering with people who have an acquired brain injury. Totally adjusted my understanding of perception and reality and community and, well, everything.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Greece, United Kingdom
