About Me
Hello, my name is Albert! Considering what's happening right now in my country, I thought to myself: "hell, I don't wanna be a part of this". After a week's vacation in Maldives with my family, I was informed of the continuation of the massacre initiatiated by my country.

I was born in Uchaly - a picturesque town in the Ural Mountains. I studied languages (English, Spanish) and linguistics. I got my diploma in July 2014. In August I went to Thailand, to this beautiful island called Samui - one of the most beautiful and calm places in the world! At first I came and stayed at a couchsurfer's house, then he let me stay for a month and eventually I lived with that Thai (his name is Toonie) for more than half a year. He continued accepting guests. I met dozens of travellers from all around the globe. Meeting new people is addictive - this one of the truths I learnt. Then I hitchhiked from Thailand to Russia through Laos, Vietnam, China, Kazakstan - incredible journey! Then I went straight to the Russian forces.
- Curious so I ask lots of questions.
- The second child of my parents.
- Like being clean and organized.
- I cherish all my encounters in Couchsurfing and my life
- As much positive attitude as possible
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Easy peasy- meeting new people with the help of this great site while travelling and staying in a hotel room are two incomparable things. We develop our character and grow as individuals by being around new people and taking something new from each one of them. Helps to get to know the world. After more than half a year on Koh Samui and having met dozens of surfers, man, it really does help to get a new perspective!
