ABOUT ME
i'm an architect. so most of the time i do architecure, talk about architecture, think about architecture, most of my friends are architects. but sometimes i do other things ;)
I hope i can soon leave the project behind and get to see more of this beautiful world.
Ha! That's horrible...meet me in person and I'll be way more positive. I'm actually a fun guy and always the one who starts funny, stupid and sometimes even clever - but always entertaining - things. Also it seems I'm good at listening and I'm interested in so many things..
PHILOSOPHY
I don't have one.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I got started with couchsurfing in 2011. Being exhausted from 3 years of working day and night, no holidays, only architecture I wanted to visit the USA to see - guess what - architecture. And that's what I did. But thanks to couchsurfing I did not only do that. I've seen so many other things, learned so much, met so many new friends all over the states and from other countries. I don't even know where to start...
I had the chance to surf couches in Pittsburgh, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia and Buffalo and it was so great. Couchsurfing Amys Place in Boston was the start of a wonderful trip. Thanks to Brandon I could visit Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater in de middle of nowhere with a rented zip car, i could survive the freezing cold of Buffalo with Julies an Christines help, I had an awesome time with Brett in Chicacgo, ...
Later I realized that the spirit of couchsurfing lives in a lot of people that haven't even heard of this actual website. So when Heggo and I travelled through Europe with our Volkswagen we never had to go online to check the site. People all over offered us a place to stay or gave us our personal tour through the town when they heard our story.

Every time I finish a project for school or a competition in the office and go home with a big smile on my face, knowing I've just given 100% to something (that people hopefully will like and appreciate)
Realizing the similarities of the fjords of Norway and the bay of Kotor in Montenegro. Visiting the smallest villages i've ever seen to find one of the biggest cities i've ever seen in Romania .
