About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Prepare my trip to Taiwan and China

ABOUT ME

Don't aks me, ask my friends. I guess they would say I'm open minded, open for new adventures, easy-going, funny, helpful. But also rather quiet and reserved - I think I can't cover my introverted personality.

PHILOSOPHY

Nothing compares to the simple pleasure of a bike ride

Well, that's from J.F. Kennedy, but so true! (Not only cause I love mountain biking). Life is so wonderful if you take the time to enjoy all this little simple things...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy to meet new people from around the world. Be it in Zurich where I can host up to three people or around the world on my trips
I can afford a hotel everywhere in the world. So I don't use CS to save money on my trips, it's only about sharing views, experience and having a good time and meeting local people (for me the main reason to travel).
But as Zurich might be an expensive place for many traveller I'm happy to help and offer a cheap place to stay...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a wonderful time in Japan where I joined Mochan's wishclub (CS Group) on a trip around Japan. I made some many wonderful experiences and contacts. A amazing week....
So fare I only hosted one CS in my apartment in Zurich. I think a very interesting experience too. hope many other will follow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Solo trips in Thailand, Argentina and United States - not specific event, but rich experiences.
And my last year working in Paris. Not an entirely different cultur, but stil a big change in my life of which I enjoyed every single day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some Swiss German if anyone wants to learn it.
Or I'm into Mountain Biking - now the best trails around Zurich and could teach beginners (I used to be very good in crash and get up again, the first part I kept, the second get's more difficult every year)
