Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
i have yet to participate. however, i am travelling to mid-eastern canada this summer and am looking for some housing options. i am going to have to warm my travelling friends up to couch surfing, but i think with perserverance it can be done.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
none :(
Interests
i love camping, skiing, travelling, art, music, school, challenges, adventures, cooking... and the list goes on. i am by no means an exclusive person. instead, i think of my self as a selectively permeable sponge, i absorb all things and people who are fun, loving, and interesting and reject everything that is otherwise.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite movie is Amelie and my heart has been recently captured by Little Miss Sunshine.
I am currently plowing through Bruno Latour's "We Have Never Been Modern." although i cannot say that i fully understand the work, i am nevetheless entralled.
music-wise i enjoy a wide variety, but am far from hip with regards to the music scene. some of my modern love are:leslie feist, norah jones, neko case, gregory and the hawk, rocky votolato, and sufjan stevens. some of my unfortgettable loves are: the beatles, joni mitchell, elle fitz, louis armstrong, billie holiday and bob dylan.
Teach, Learn, Share
my present learning interests and amibtions have been drastically affected by a biology field study trip that i just got back from, which was held at the Bamfield Resaearch station on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. It was fascinating! I am definately inspired to learn more about marine biology and rain forest ecology... rain or shine ;)
