About Me
It is really hard to talk about yourself though... I'm a really spontaneous person, so you never know what I'm going to do in a week or even in a couple of days, and hopefully it's not a subject to change. I can just have an idea in my mind for a second, and in the next moment I'm already booking the ticket and looking for a place to stay. Best things happen when you don't plan. No expectations lead to no disappointments, and open heart is a way to the best experiences ans life lessons.
I need my life to be beautiful and full of love, so I keep looking for it wherever I go, I fall in love with places, and keep a bit of them inside of me.
I come from Moscow and being in love with my city and culture I also know that being in other places turned me into someone who's not entirely Russian anymore.
I also used to work on touristic project for the travelers coming to Russia, aimed to make people understand it better and fall in love with it deeper: sayhitorussia.com

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
At first I started using it because I was curious, and I certainly wanted to save some money for more trips. But then I just realized how amazing this all thing is, with all the inspiring people I met while traveling and hosting. Most of my best travel memories would never exist without couchsurfing, probably I'd be way more narrow-minded too. It makes you change the way you travel, the way you see places and even the way you communicate with people. Because it's about getting quite personal with strangers, just like that. That's a big thing at first.
Interests
I'm really into arts, I've graduated from Arts and Culture bachelor in Rotterdam. Sometimes it feels like I'm living in my own world, beautiful, super-emotional, and inspiring. And be sure, it's filled with art. Art is like a time-machine that brings you to a new universe every time you touch it. I guess I'm a dreamer in this sense.
I'm always looking for new experiences, I love to be introduced to other cultures and I try to learn something from everything, every place I see, every person I meet.
But you better talk to me, it may work better :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Firstly, moving to Rotterdam, it's a start of the international myself. I studied something I love in an absolutely different culture surrounded by absolutely different people.
Then, choosing to spend my last bachelor year's winter break interning in Singapore. I was there for Christmas, New Year's, and birthday too, working for free for a huge art fair, learning about Asian culture for the first time in my life and falling in love with it, quite deeply. It was a huge change for me, and also a start of my big love story with Asia.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, I saw there're many people learning Russian all over the world, so at least I could help with practice.
I have some fun stories to tell and little things to share, but it's about personal meeting, isn't it?
