I am spending my summer in Greece because I want to volunteer and help in any way possible with the refugee crisis. I spent the first two weeks of my summer on the island of Kalmynos where I was climbing with some friends.

Back home I am a student, studying community education. I’m September I will enter the third year of this course. I live in a student housing cooperative, and so I am no stranger to communal living. I’m really passionate about social justice issues and about working together with others, gaining new perspectives and ways of working. I am a support worker for children and young people with learning disabilities and I really love and am passionate about this work.

I'm a big believer in good karma - you need to give good vibes to get good vibes. I've been shown so much kindness and hospitality during my travels and I can't wait to pass this on to others once I get home.

Zainteresowania

I love the outdoors - hiking and running are my favourite pastimes, and I love to camp. I love climbing both indoors and outdoors. I also regularly swim and practice yoga. I also enjoy watching movies, reading, cooking and meeting new people.
