About Me
Hello! I work in for a global health NGO, mainly across Asia. I work on increasing access to affordable vaccines in developing countries - this involves both negotiating prices with suppliers, and supporting governments/ other NGOs on the operational side of introducing and delivering vaccines.
Home is Scotland but I’m rarely there because of my job - I travel about 80% of the time! (Do visit though - scotland is so beautiful!). I love eating and running and chatting and drinking gin. I read a lot and cycle a lot.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I genuinely believe that things are best enjoyed with other people. The happiest memories are those shared with friends, and often new friends. My job gives me a wonderful opportunity to travel and learn from other people and I want to make the most of it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: either chill stuff like Sufjan Stevens/Sharon Van Etten or quite intense EDM/trance :)
Books: a lot of non-fiction; and travel! Currently reading “One’s company” by Peter Fleming; and “The Vaccine Race”
Movies: I bloody love Wes Anderson films. The symmetry is incredibly beautiful.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent 3 months living with a tribe in India building a Mense house.
Cycled across 7 countries
What I Can Share with Hosts
Travelling stories; random facts I've acquired from my obsession with listening to podcasts; insights into the wonderful world of global health; postcards from different countries (I’ve discovered people like collecting these so let me know if you’re a fan); I can attempt to cook a nice dinner...
