Hi y'all - I'm Beth. I'm originally from Atlanta and moved to Los Angeles in 2005 to work in event marketing. In July 2012, I put all of my stuff in storage and set off to explore the world for a year with my best friend. After a round-the-world adventure spanning eighteen countries and four continents, I landed in London, for what was supposed to be two-month visit. Two months turned into nearly three years and pastry school. I attended pastry school at Westminster Kingsway College. With an expired visa looming, I moved back to Los Angeles in April 2016 to work as a pastry chef. I'm currently planning a cross country road trip as I move back to Atlanta to be closer to family.

Outside my trip around the world, I toured with a band for a month around the states after college. It was British band Zero 7 and I ran the event set up and on-site marketing for the sponsor.
