ABOUT ME

Well, without asking them, my friends would probably say that I am a good listener and a loyal friend. My friends often invite me over when they cook because I enjoy doing dishes. I'm known as a planner and a very organized person and my friends like to pick on me in a fun way for that. I've been fortunate enough to travel more than most and am always thankful for my experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am hoping to meet interesting people who can show me a unique perspective on their country, town and area. I have found that my best travel experiences have come from staying with friends and being able to feel like less of a tourist and more like a local.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was able to couchsurf a bit when I took a trip around the world and had a very positive experience. Now that I am back to work and with a very full schedule hosting and traveling are more difficult.

Interests

Traveling is one of my passions. I have been to over 80 countries and really enjoy seeing new places and meeting new people. I also enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities including skiing, rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, biking, tennis, and sailing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't watch very many movies but like a wide variety of music. I enjoy reading when I can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing big waterfalls like Victoria Falls or Iguazu Falls.

The view from one of my favorite fire towers near my hometown when there is a beautiful sunset.
