ABOUT ME

I'm a go-with-the flow, fun-loving girl. I don't get worried or stressed out easily. I like going on random adventures. I'm currently [Spring 2012] studying abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland and loving it!

Interests

If I could spend a day doing whatever I wanted, I'd spend some of it reading a really good book, going for a run or a walk in nature, and eating tasty, local food. I'm all about scenic views and friendly people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my most recent awe striking moments was on a trip to the Isle of Skye and the Highlands of Scotland. We hiked up part of this mountain and when we got to a bit of a break in the trail, there were some lower hills and the view from there was absolutely spectacular. I felt like I could stay there forever in the midst of nature.
Another moment that left me awestruck was when I was living with my family in Mexico in 2001; we had the chance to go to these ruins about 18 miles from the Guatemala border. On top of one of the ruins, my dad handed me his binoculars and I stood there searching for the border and found Tikal, a ruins right across the border! It was so cool!
