I am outgoing, fun and enthusiastic. I love adventure, trying new things and meeting new people. I have a passion for the outdoors and spend as much time as possible kayaking. I also enjoy biking, hiking, running and exploring.

Surfer - I don't have a home to be able to host unfortunately.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used Couchsurfing while I was travelling in NZ a few years ago and had some great experiences.

Interests

I absolutely love white water kayaking. I've been kayaking since I was 12 and it has taken me all over the world. I generally just like to spend as much of my time as possible in the outdoors. I also like cooking, eating with friends and meeting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

To be honest, I like a bit of everything depending on what mood I am in.

Music - mainly indie/rock/pop but also various other things. I'm a sucker for superhero films, particularly Batman, comedies, thrillers. Nothing too cheesy. I've read lots of books, best ones recently were the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo trilogy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most recently, I went to Yosemite and hiked up Half Dome for the sunrise. We got up at 4am and started walking in the dark (only slightly scared of being eaten by a mountain lion) and the light slowly emerged to show the surrounding snow-capped Sierras.

I've taught people how to kayak, and to rock climb to a basic level.
