ABOUT ME

I was a traveller for a long time, I craved a new place. But for the time being I am settled and now I have a place for the traveller to stay. Through couchsurfing I have learnt how generous people in the world can be. The world is full of bad news stories, but deep down there is compassion, love and sharing spirits. Couchsurfing reminds you of that everyday.
I cook and eat. and enjoy all the wine.

I would say my biggest personal strength is being able to navigate every public transport system that I have ever come across!
My friends would say my biggest personal strength is being able to make the best cheesecake.

I participate by being a good guest and I try to make good host.
YAY, I am hosting again, but still I receive many requests from people who have no references.. here's some tips for you...
Find a friend on couchsurfing, probably that person told you about it! They can write a reference for you. Or go to a meet up or event, ask anybody you know who can write that you are not a serial killer on your profile, otherwise you will find it very hard to find a host!

the trans-siberia railway is pretty high on my list of incredible experiences. Also, an eagle hunters festival in a very remote part of Mongolia, having eagles fly above us and eating hot fried horse in a yurt.

Can tell you the best cafes in my area, and try find a bike for you to get there on.

I would like to learn where the best donut shop is in your town. If you know how to knit, well I have been taught many times but it doesn't stick, so please feel free to give me lessons in that!
