I love living my life in a foreign language, it makes every single encounter exciting and worthwhile.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I really love Couchsurfing. I have met some truly incredible and inspiring people, and learned a lot about the world and how to really live.

兴趣

I think a lot about modernity, and modernity's clash with traditional societies around the world, and what really matters in life.

I also love going to art museums by myself and gazing at paintings (preferably 16th to 19th century European portraits).

Visiting Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe was pretty incredible. I think what amazed me the most was how the spray from the huge falls created a tropical oasis in the middle of the dry African plains.
