We are a fun loving couple who just moved to Chicago after spending a year traveling the world and road tripping in Mexico. We were awed every day by the amazing diversity this planet we occupy. Now that we are back in Chicago we are looking forward to continue getting to know the world, but from one place - letting the world come to us! We are laid back and are pretty quiet during the week but do enjoy to go out and explore the city on weekends and would be happy to do that with our guests. We like to laugh and make jokes, share stories, and we LOVE searching out the best food experiences wherever we go and try to help our visitors do the same in Chicago.

Hola! SOmos una pareja muy divertida que nos gusta concoer personas y nuevas culturas. Acabamos de mudarnos a Chicago despues de concluir un viaje alrededor del mundo. Terminamos incredulos de nuestro mundo tan bello. Ahora que estamos en Chicago, quisieramos seguir conociendo el mundo, pero desde un lugar. Estamos emocionados a dejar el mundo venir a nosotros! Trabajamos entre semana pero nos gusta salir los fines de semana para conocer y explorar la ciudad. Nos gusta reir, bromear, compartir historias, una buena cerveza y nos encanta buscar las mejores experiencias de comida donde vayamos y intentamos a ayudar a nuestros visitantes hacer lo mismo en Chicago.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Everyone that we have met involved with the couchsurfing has such a great attitude towards life and they share our passion for celebrating differences, expanding our worldview- the love of getting to know even just one person, one idea, one perspective that is new and interesting and challenging- and having fun while doing it!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are excited to share our lives, our experiences, our cultures (US and Mexican) with everyone we come across. We can share our favorite Mexican recipes- tinga, albondigas, and pescado empapelado- just to name a few and share our love of dancing. We like to laugh and always look for how to have fun in whatever we do and whoever we are with. We hope that the people we meet will stay in touch so that we will have many opportunities to return the hospitality.
