Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing but I want to participate by sharing all I can and learning about new places in a more understanding way than your average tourist! To respect and appreciate the diversity of the world…and celebrate this with others!

Interests

This is difficult, everything is interesting on some level!! But at the top end of my interests are Theatre, experimenting, rehearsing and performing, singing, community theatre, watching dance, cooking, baking cakes, eating with others, permaculture, new ideas like systems thinking and ways to make the world a bit happier, learning a languague, trying to make positive changes, art activism, Capoeira, growing food and plants, making things, drawing and writing, good films, walking by the sea, up hills, in woods, community celebrations, meditation, science, climbing trees, playing outside, learning why things happen, farms, people's stories, collecting ideas, inventing, helping where I can…

That's epic...I'm not sure I'm up to this...I’m not really sure what qualifies as amazing! Tiny insignificant seeming things can be amazing. Small realizations of the awesome reality of life. To say one thing...uh, I cant!

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach a little bit of cooking, knitting, some capoeira, theatre skills like warm-ups and experimental exercises, how to make a good coffee, to wiggle your ears, how to get children to be good, theatre games, a bit of singing, random facts, some things I know about permaculture,…

I would love to learn more about the above. I’d like to learn everything I can! Language, how to build a house, to dance, to recognize different plants and animals, to survive in the wild, to live lightly and all about different and new places and people.

I can definitely share ideas, experiences and thoughts of life and the universe…preferably over a shared delicious meal!
