About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live with passion, compassion, humor, and integrity!
ABOUT ME
I'm a fourth-generation cattle rancher passionate about good food and transforming landscapes through responsible stewardship. I like my cows better than I like most people, but don't let that scare you. I just really like my cows.
I spend my time rebuilding broken systems, exploring redesigning economies through radical democracy and generally anything that involves overthrowing "the man."
PHILOSOPHY
To leave people and places better than I found them!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like movies that make you think. I have pretty eclectic taste in music, with a real soft spot for cowboy music from the 30s-60s. I'm classically trained in piano and have dabbled in jazz and pop. I play Irish-style tenor banjo, and I have a ukelele and an accordion that don't see much action, sadly. Mostly these days I play the guitar, at which I am astonishingly mediocre.
I like books that make me laugh. Tom Robbins is my all-time favorite. But I pretty much devour anything I can get my hands on.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Snorkeling with sea turtles and sea lions in the Galapagos with my husband!
