Hi! My name is Betsie. I'm from California, 22 years old, and new to couch surfing! I recently graduated with a BA degree in Economics with a minor in Philosophy from NYU Shanghai. Since then, I've been traveling around the world with some close friends & my cousin, David. Since graduating in May, I have since traveled to Tokyo, New Delhi, Jaipur, Dubai, Istanbul, and Rome. Before heading home, I hope to see more of northern Italy and Scandinavia!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've traveled around the world quite a bit in my life, but this is by far the largest and most ambitious trip that I've been on so far. Although I've never couch surfed before, I've actually heard some pretty good things about it from friends and thought that it was about time to try it out! Also, after traveling for so long as a recent college grad, I could use to spare some money here and there :)
