About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, I'm harmless and I have a sense of humor.

I studied five languages, but am only fluent in English. (Please give me credit for trying :)) My plan was to be a writer, but somehow I found myself working for an internet company for many years.

I don't smoke, but it is fine if you do. I enjoy a good dinner and a glass (or more) of wine. I am polite and appreciative of any couch and or conversation you have to offer!

PHILOSOPHY

Try not to fill up on bread before the main dinner, no matter how tempting the bread may be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was a corporate slave for 8 years. I missed out on a lot of travelling, and would like to experience the culture of a country by meeting/staying with the residents.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, but my friend Laura couchsurfed in Europe and told me to try it.

Interests

Food and Wine. I love Museums, (but only for short visits, I always get hungry). Swimming in the ocean. Sweltering hot days. Writing, Painting, Knitting. Maple trees. Sushi. Pizza. Anchovies. Learning languages. Reading lots and lots of books. Trying new food. Sewing. Central Park. Historical sights. Hiking.
