Overview
About Me
I´m an archive conservator and Im currently working at the National Film Archives in Mexico city.
What I like about traveling is meeting new people going to museums and parks, getting to see what are the local´s main activities and most of all, I love trying new food.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Im on couchsurfing because I think it is a great way to know people and to get involved with the local culture.
Interests
I love traveling, and meeting new people, sight seeing, finding places to eat or to see that are not on trip advisor, but are way better.´I like going to museums, but also to markets and parks. I like going out and having a drink with friends, but I also like staying at home watching movies or tv series.
I consider myself tolerant with people different from me.

Music, Movies, and Books
my favourite bands are Radiohead, Massive attack, Tricky, PJ. Harvey, Gorillaz, The bad plus, Medeski Martin and Wood, The supremes, Rage Against the Machine, The velvet underground, Kronos quartet, Joy Division, Feist. among many many others
My favourite movies are a lot, I can enjoy X-Men just as I can enjoy art movies.
My favourite movie this year is by far The Lobster. I really like directors such as Time Burton, Lars Von Trier, Terry Gilliam and Wes Anderson.
Lately Im reading mostly about photography and movies, also some conservation publications, I also love reading biographies, but I really like many things like: Frankenstein, Dracula, Brave New World, The Fountainhead, The Collectionist, In the Name of the Rose and anything from Edgar Allan Poe.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-I really like my job, so having access to particular colections and wharehouses of museums it´s really cool because I can see things that are importat for some cultures and they have decided to keep for some reason, so that is very special.
-The most amazing thing I have done was swimming in a river in Oaxaca with bioluminiscenct particles that shine in the dark as you move your hand or your body. It was really magic.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like teaching artistic activities to kids, mostly watercolor and book binding, but I also like teaching old photographic processes mostly to photo conservators.
