I am a caring, thoughtful person. Often too busy. I care about my family, humans, animals and plants, the enviroment. I have a warped sense of humour.

PHILOSOPHY

People are what is important in life - family, friends, connections. Saying that, so are animals, plants, rocks, water. Water heals my soul.

I love being with my son outdoors. I love hiking, swimming, sailing, skiing. I love good local food and drink. I love meeting interesting people, although I hate saying hasta la vista.

I heard narwhals singing in Resolute Bay, Nunavut, Canada. I was a foot away from pilot whales playing in our bow wave in the Caribbean. I was with my son when he found his first salamander, and he said it was the most wonderful day of his life.
