ABOUT ME

While I plan on pursuing a Law Degree, I refuse to do so until I allow myself some time to experience the world.
I am currently a part-owner of an independent record store in Traverse City, MI (Sound It Out Records). I never imagined I'd ever own a business, but as probably already know life can be quite strange when you follow your heart.
I am currently an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer in the smallest county in Michigan. I work mostly with kids (elementary through high school, depending on the program), though I am also helping a new nonprofit organization in the area set up a community garden and other "green" educational programs.
