About Me
Hi there!
Im Bett. Together with my boyfriend, Alan, we set on a trip around Europe ( and beyond?) on April 2016.
We make a good team. I cook while he wash the dishes. He cleans the house and play the guitar while i calculate our weekly budget. He holds me tight when walking through a dangerous neighbourhood and i make sure he takes a shower and change his underwear at least once a day ( yes, he does).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are still quite new on c.s. However, we have been able to host a few people, and has proved to be quite rewarding.
As guests we are even more inexperienced. But obviously this is one of the best ways to meet people, sleep comfortable (it beats the hostel, even if it means laying on a carpet), and save money. It is surprising how much information you can receive from a host, like where to buy stuff, places to go and what to avoid, etc. These things have much more significance than saving a few bucks worth of lodging.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music from the 20's to the 80's (although We enjoy contemporary artists, it feels as if nowadays there are too many sound effects and computers filling up creativity gaps. Dont get us wrong, there is still a lot of talent out there!)
Movies.....well..pretty much the same belief..sorry!
Books...mmm..there is still hope for our children...maybe if we could burn all cellphones?
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Try to make a living in Uruguay. Do you know how much we pay for stuff over there? Jeessus...
