ABOUT ME

I absolutely love to travel! One of my favorite parts of traveling is meeting new and interesting people who often have different perspectives and world views than I do, which is why I love the idea of couch surfing.

I like to have fun, and I'm pretty flexible and usually up for an adventure, although I also enjoy relaxing activities like just lying on the beach reading.
I can be quiet at first, but I really like talking to people once I get to know them a bit.

I'm from Teaneck, NJ but currently study in western Massachusetts. I'll be studying in Valparaiso, Chile next semester.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy life, and push yourself into new experiences.
I beleive this can be done while still being a responsible member of society (whether it is a local or global society).

Intereses

besides travel, some of my other interests include photography (just as a hobby), animals, dancing, reading, watching movies, and just chillin with friends and meeting new people.
I love kids and I'm currently studying to be an elementary school teacher. I'm also studying spanish, which I love.
I'm also learning portuguese now too!

Do I have to choose just one? I have been fortunate enough to have many amazing experiences!

Let's see...seeing the sun rise over Machu Picchu and then climbing to the top of Wayna Picchu is on the top of my list. Relaxing to the sounds of reggae on the gorgeous beaches of Costa Rica's carribean coast. Bathing elephants and surviving a wild crawl through a cave in Malaysia. Seeing the Alhambra in Spain. Each of my trips there are many amazing moments, I can't possibly explain or express them all!
