ABOUT ME

I´m a calm person, trying to enjoy whatever life brings without loosing my north (sometimes it isn´t easy but I try to do my best).
I am a teacher, have worked with small kids and teenagers as well. I´d love to do some volunteering job so I´m looking for a good opportunity.
And as I don´t yet have the chance to travel I´m enjoying, through Couchsurfing, the pleasure of hearing all the travellers experiences.

A friend of mine showed this to me, and I started hosting right away. Now I´m in the Península Group and we have joined several times, ever having much fun!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was very pleased to see that the good side of Internet allows people to travel in a better way!
Before I knew about this site I always used to host people of my own country, now I can enjoy extending the range of nationalities.
I am lucky to say that mostly all the CS experiences were pretty positive!

Interests

I love languages. Music. (In fact, I´m having some guitar lessons and french as well).
Cooking, when I am inspired.
Travelling and volunteering is a dream, so I´m working hard to make it real.

I love rock but I enjoy any music that enchants my heart: Norah Jones, Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, Eva Cassidy,Macy Gray, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Keb Mo, Ben Harper, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Ray Charles, Macy Gray, Gilberto Gil, Caetano Veloso, Carlinhos Brown, Jehro, Queen, John Lennon, Peter Gabriel, The Beatles, of course, Mozart ... the list is long, fortunately!!! Because music is a gift!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Spanish, English, some gardening, how to make bread, some knitting.
I would like to speak more languages.
And playing the guitar like Bonnie Raitt, wow!!
