I love painting, being outside in the sun, in the rain and the wind...I love doing sports like running, soccer, tennis, swimming, yoga...and whatever there is.

I want to embrace new cultures and meet new friends, share experiences and get inspired by other people's life stories!

I love to laugh, love and joke around...I am a very happy person and I like to give some of my energy to others.

I seek nice, serious, diverse, interesting, funny and inspiring conversations...that is the best way of teach and learning.

I love nature, animals and our beautiful planet. I aim to maintain all of that by living consciously and also through leaving my personal comfort zone.

I am very interested in positive and health psychology, and like to hear about other people's strategies to live a happy and fulfilling live.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to offer a place to those who need one!
I am an honest, easy and open minded person and will be happy to bring some positive energy to those who offer me a place!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I stayed with a lovely family in Austen, Texas. The mom and I were talking for hours about growing your own vegetables, making kombucha tea, etc. I had a lovely time with them. I prefer staying with other people, because I am used to share my living space with others.

Painting, all sorts of sports, languages, cooking, reading, yoga, theatre, traveling, learning, tasting, listening, talking, thinking, relaxing, playing, meditating, exotic food shopping, slack lining, psychology, healthy, active and happy children, visiting elderly homes (the people are so lovely there and so thankful for every chat, although I have to be thankful for all the wisdom that they share with me), photography, medicine, art, growing plants and veggies, people, minds, social events, culture, countries, music ( I am not an expert, but always impressed my musicians and music that is not to be found in the internet, tv, radio).

音乐、电影和书籍

I don't have a tv, the only time I watch tv is when we are having a movie night with friends. I always let them pick, because I am terrible with titles and names. One of my favorite movies was " a beautiful mind".

I love all sorts of music and I get easily excited about new styles and tunes that I haven't heard before. I love when a group of people come together and just play along.

Books: I love every single book written by Paulo Coelho. In general I like books that imbed an important historical event/period. I love reading psychology books, in my free time, which many people don't understand. Often, I buy simple books in another language, because I find that this is the best way for me to learn a new language.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I skydived, was granted the great opportunity to live in other countries, built my own insect hotel...In general though I am happy and thankful every day, because there is at least one amazing thing every day - you just have to pay attention!

I always feel bad when I reach this section. I feel that I don't have anything special to share, like a certain skill, but I would love to share what ever I can, whether it is time, food, energy, knowledge, excitement, warmth, a smile. I don't know yet what exactly it might be, but I feel certain that I can share something with you :)
