I have just returned from living in Sweden for 15 months so it would be great to host some Swedes and speak some more Swedish 😁

ABOUT ME

Im a happy chilled person who loves music, outdoors and meeting new and amazing people.
I have travelled to Japan and the USA for 5 months and Canada for 9 months. I spend my first winter in the snow and did a ski season in the rockies :)
I dont plan, I dont stress, i meet people along my travels who shape where and when i go!!
I love making people happy, especially people who are on holidays!!
So for me offering people an opportunity to experience the great place i live in, or give them a glimpse of my culture and the outgoing energetic person i am is an honour :)
I care alot about the environment and all things outdoors!
I make music, can make anything with my hands, Build a house, tell some funny stories of wild australia, make you a good meal or two and make you laugh more than your fair share :)

PHILOSOPHY

No real philosophy. I just believe in the power of a human to change and shape their life. To do good and to always give more than you would expect! For me Empathy and understanding are two major aspects in my life. I do for others and dont expect it in return!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couch surfed through the USA and had such an amazing time! I met friends for life and just experienced pure kindness from great people!
I Hosted alot of people back home in Australia and now have so many close friends from Couch Surfing i will be visiting in this next year :)
I Host, go to meet ups, give advice and try and help out every single person i come accross who is on holidays or new to the area im from!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed all through america and had the best time and made some friends for life :)
I hosted over twenty different groups of people back home. From singles to groups of 5 people. I have had the best weeks of my life in my home town with people who arnt even from there. thats what makes couch surfing amazing. It engages you with everything that is beautiful around you. The beaches, forests, locations, bars and activities you take for granted when you life in that town.
Words honestly cannot explain how gifted i have been from couch surfing. I have friends from all over the world who will be coming back to australia just to visit me when im back in australia. people i know i will be talking to when im 40 and im sure we will still be taking trips to see each other :)

Interests

Guitar, everything outdoors, film, snowboarding, carpentry, cultures, languages (which im horrible at)
World adventure, Camping, beer drinking and the unknown :)
Snow boarding, Hiking, building furniture, trying out every beer available to try and cooking a good meal with good music and wine in hand :)
