Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
making the most out of this thing we call existence!
ABOUT ME
Unconventional, Musical, Casual, Empathetic, Spontaneous, Patient, Laid-Back, Curious.
I like hangin with people i know and people I don't know.
I'm driven to think about things a lot, I like philosophy a lot and enjoy unpacking complex concepts and ideas. Mostly i just like to know what everybody else thinks.
I play a few musical instruments. I'm more of a jack than a master though.
PHILOSOPHY
Reality is more than enough so forget the greener pastures and embrace what you have
A woman is a sail that remains unfurled so stay ahead of the wind man or you won't catch her.
Love your enemies and do good to those who persecute you, although this can be hard at times.
Try to never run out of grace
Forget about how much money you WANT, work out how much money you NEED and set about earning it in ways that drive you out of bed in the morning.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Melb isn't the most interesting city on the planet but it's rich in culture and it has a uniqueness about it that you need a local to reveal. I enjoy helping people find the real Melbourne. I really like meeting peeps from other countries, and I am an enthusiastic host.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Been hosting since I got back from travels,
Before i joined CS, i managed to stay with my dad's friend's friend's son in Deutschland for a while - he introduced me to his sister's friend's brother who hooked me up with his parents and other brother in California! After that I knew there was something to staying with strangers.
Since then I've traveled through the Middle East with my sister. We surfed our way from Istanbul to the Sahara and we have absolutely loved it.
CS is genious, pure genious.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first rock climb - i climbed a grade 12 (/30), 120m cliff face in just under 6 hours. (yes that's right the australian grading system is weird)
I have also sunk 3 cans of V in 44.3 seconds, soon after which I was hospitalised for failing my attempt to leapfrog my friend standing up.
Teach, Learn, Share
Ask me about the Middle East, cause if you've been exposed to western media all your life then you're perspective is probably not particularly balanced or informed.
People find me to be a great explainer of phenomena and I like answering questions about how the world works
Ask me to play music for you, Offering is never fun.
