ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurer at heart. Love to travel and meet new people. I work hard and play hard. I classify myself as an "adrenaline junky" because I like pushing the envelope. Really enjoy activities like scuba diving, sky diving, zip lining--anything that will give me a rush!

PHILOSOPHY

I am a very spiritual person-believe that God is here for us and believe in the power of prayer. I try to live by the "Golden Rule". I treat people with respect and expect the same in return. I also believe in living life to the fullest and enjoying each and ever day that God has given me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent two months the summer of 2013 backpacking across Europe and couch surfed as much as possible. Met the most wonderful people along the way. Now I am home hosting as much as possible--and meeting many more wonderful people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I was/am a Harry Potter fan--both books and movies. I love classical music, jazz, pop, soft rock and country.Really enjoy books based on intrigue and mystery, but also like the sappy stuff and romance novels. My three most favorite movies are Gone With the Wind, ET, and Sound of Music. Real classics, in my opinion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing that I have done (actually done twice) is scuba dive with sharks. Told you I was an adrenaline junky. What a thrill that was!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am able to share my writing skills, my photography skills and my cooking, sewing,and knitting skills. As far as what I want to learn, it would fill a book. I am a life long learner by nature.
