Every couchsurfer i have met so far has been incredibly friendly from the get-go, thats something i truly appreciate as you can tell straight away that they are making an honest effort to get to know you. I think CS has exposed a whole heap of amazing people to each other and im glad to be a part of it.

My name is Andy, raised in the south island of the beautiful New Zealand. A relatively small island in the South Pacific. I have been studying spatial and interior design in Wellington for the last 4 years and have recently moved north to Auckland.

Am off to Europe in July and travelling around France, Italy, Spain and Portugal with my partner. I cant wait to explore new places, meet new people and have the time of my life!

No surfing experience as yet - my brother did it across europe in 2008 and loved it so thought id give it a go!

Interests

All,Sports I love to keep fit :) Also love music, have played jazz guitar since I was young, been in many bands both jazz/rock/swing. Art,Architecture and design . . Good wine and food :)

* Watching the sunset in Fantail bay, with a wine, my girl and a tent - coromandel, N.Z.
* Personally meeting the Queen
* Rafting down a 7 meter waterfall

* Going to a Medieval festival in Schwarbach
* Eating tacos on santa monica beach, U.S.A.
