ABOUT ME

Just a little bit on the healthy side of crazy! I play, violin, guitar and roller derby, my hair is never the same colour for more than a month, and I'll try almost anything at least once! I have a soft spot for abandoned trolleys and feel the need to take them home and make race cars out of them :).

In depth, full on conversations with complete strangers about an ever changing subject!! I am learning to love to cook - it seems with enough herbs and spices you can make anything taste good. I'm a bit of a closet bookworm, there's nothing better than stretching out in the sun with a cider and a good book, except being around a campfire with a cider, guitar and awesome company.

2010 world rainbow gathering, springs junction, New Zealand - just the absolute feeling of belonging to a community of strangers who treat you like kin - reignites your faith in humanity. Mustering cattle on a station in northern Queensland. One minute it's a nice quiet ride, and then the next you can be galloping down the paddock after runaway cattle - absolutely exhilarating!!
