To help others!....

I am a musician for people living with dementia in West Sussex.
I volunteer for MIND who run the group, and work weekly helping out with other types of sessions too. I wrote a song for us all to sing in a concert. ✨️🎵🎶🎸🪘🎤

I take my steel tongue drum out on the streets to raise money for a local wildlife hospital. Never busked before this. It's definitely helping me build confidence.

There is more to life than just what you can see, hear or read about! I believe in something bigger.

I have a genetic condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. For me, this mean I can't stand up or sit up for long without it causing me issues. I have a fold-out, fully reclining seat to help me get comfortable.
I can't walk far without pain and fatigue. I have ME too.
Having said this, I am a very positive person.

help disabled people who suffer from the same conditions as me. I provide support and knowledge about the conditions, and how to manage them.
EDS is massively undiagnosed world wide!

I've only couch surfed twice. I really enjoyed meeting people and discovering new places.

Well I'm gonna name a few.......
I've been Scuba Diving in the Red Sea in Egypt.
Skied in Austria, and confidently took to the black slopes the day after I learnt, on the second day of skiing.
I've been inside the Great Pyramid in Giza.
Held my very first music gig on a stationary boat, on the river Nile for a 4 star hotel.
As a child I ran a rescue centre for wild, domestic, and farm animals with my family.
One day I counted over 100 animals I took care of at home.
