When I was a little kid I used to enjoy walking around on crisp, blue fall afternoons and watching the wind in the leaves. Now that I'm older, that's still what I like to do. I'm presently helping my uncle with his nascent coffee farm as well as working full time on an organic vegetable farm. I also moonlight as a waiter.
