À propos de moi
CURRENT MISSION
To experience what I cannot imagıne.
ABOUT ME
I would say the success to my lıfe can be owed to my interest. I am endlessly interested. If nothing else, life and the world we live in is nothing short of ridiculous and I really can't seem to get enough of it. It'd be fair to say my character has been greatly influenced by the beach. I grew up much in the waters of the Pacific off the Southern Californian coast and am still certainly most at home when in the water not to say the land hasn't treated to some wonderful experiences and beautiful scenes because it most certainly has. I often find it's worth spending the entirity of a day if not more just looking for a good place to sit. I have a strong passion for walking aimlessly heading nowhere to particular ending up wherever it ıs I do. It seems every corner turned has it's point of interest. I'm content to sit back and observe the world as it comes at me and I'm happy to get busily involved in my surroundings. Best is both. After graduating from university, I taught English in Taiwan for 2.5 years and just got finished working as a camp counselor in South Turkey. Now I'm ready to move onto whatever and wherever may be. The best memories I have are of the people I've met.
PHILOSOPHY
Stay healthy, stay interested. It's not what happens, but how we react that makes all the difference. I always keep a harmonica with me just in case, amongst other reasons, I happen to get arrested (which I by no means foresee). If I am to be thrown in jail, at least I'll have my harp to sing away the blues on.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Hogsihi and the Wooden Palace.
Centres d'intérêt
I am happiest at the beach listening to good music, eating good food and enjoying good company. I love to be in the water, hot or cold. I like tasting new foods and learning how to cook them. I'm into writing and sharing ideas, but mostly laughs with the good people.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
My older brother was visiting me in Taiwan and we went to a famous hot spring (said to have given a blind man sight after sticking his face in it every day for a year)naturally carved into a marble mountain wıth a ice cold river rushing by it in the most magnificent Taroko Gorge in Hualien. The hot spring was 51 degrees celsius (124 Farenheit) and my brother and I were having serious difficulty even dipping our toes into it. As we were slowly putting one toe in and reacting heavily to the heat, an old Taiwanese man came up behind us, disrobed, walked right into the hot spring, sat down and without hesitation stuck his face right in it as my brother and I looked on in admiration. He then lifted up his head and looked at us with an expression that basically conveyed, 'Now what are you waitıng for?' So without any other option at that point, my brother and I did just as he did. It turns out once you get your butt stationary on rock, it's much easier to handle. After keeping my head under water for some time, I lifted it out, turned to my brother and exclaimed, 'This water's so hot I can breathe in it!' After quickly realizing the ridiculousness of that revelatiıon, my brother and I both burst out laughing, which the old Taiwanese man decided to join in on even though he couldn't understand a word of what I said. Dude's an inspiration, no joke.
