I'm a language teacher born and based in Brazil, but have lived and traveled in some countries in Europe and South America. Currently I'm living in Vitória, state of ES with my partner and Nina, my cat 🐱.

I teach English and French for living, love exchanging cultural experiences and I believe couchsurfing may be an excellent way to experiment that.

Other than that I have great interest in healthy eating. I'm vegetarian, try to eat organic as much as possible, love cooking and try to make the things I eat whenever I can, trying also to be zero waste. For me sustentability is one of the keys to get connected to the planet, so I try to be natural also in my relationship with clothing, cosmetics and cleaning products.

Other than that I meditate everyday and try to practice yoga when I can, connecting that to my eating habits. I believe it's a beginning to a long spiritual path ahead of me.

I hope in here to be able to share those habits with whoever is interested and to learn new ones with whoever is willing to also share with me.
