Just moved back to Salt Lake for the second time and I am staying put this time! I love hiking, trail running and road biking. When I am not doing one of those three things I am probably at work, working on projects or hanging out with friends.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy meeting new people. I always seem to have a lot on my plate, but still enjoy traveling during time off and seeing new places and experiencing new outdoor activities and adventures. My wife and I like doing anything in the outdoors when we have the time in different cities. We are both busy people, and may not be the best people to show you around the city if that is what you are looking for, but we always have a warm futon for anyone interested.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed many times and hosted several people. It is a great experience. I also really enjoy hosting. It helps get me out of my mundane day to day schedule and I enjoy having visitors and helping others out.

Interests

I have already had some great experiences. I have met some great and really friendly people from diverse backgrounds. Always seem to learn something new and find commonalities with everyone. It is always fun to meet new people.

Books- Lately I have only been reading running books. I am hoping it motivates me to keep running and possibly run even better . .

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like to run marathons for fun. I have visited some amazing places and hope to visit more through couch surfing experiences.

I can tell you about any type of skin disease you might want to know about. I also have some pretty good knowledge of laboratory medicine if that piques your interest
