Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a big fan of traveling. Personally, I think, as a human being, born just once on this beautiful planet, I must explore and cherish all the tremendous beauties of it. Besides that, what really ticks me is the existence of varied cultures and traditions around the world each one being an etiquette in its own way. I feel the urge of curiosity to know about those different and amazing ways people have been living . It also makes me more of an open minded person and enhances cultural globalization. This can be achieved by traveling not just like a mere sightseer or a tourist, but by living in harmony alongside with the local families in their homes. By this, it is possible to really understand their customs and way of life, which I think is the main motive of traveling. Couchsurfing is the best way to accomplish this which is why I am a member of it.

I love reading personality development books by Dale Carnegie. The tagline is this "once you've learnt how a human brain functions which is the underlying motive of personality development, you can be a true master of yourself and a leader to the people around you". One of the ways to do that is by reading good books and the other is by meeting tons of people.
