Hi
I am Bhavya, a filmmaker/writer based in Leeds, England. I started travelling for work back in 2016, working on a couple of documentary projects in Delhi & Mumbai in India. Later on, I lived for 6 months in Nurpur, Himachal Pradesh.
Travelling, making films & meeting new people is food for my soul. Luckily, I've had the opportunity to deal with people from different backgrounds and even had the chance to live in different cultures and traditions for an extended period of time which has given me a deep sense of understanding and respect for everybody’s cultural & traditional values, personal choices and their way of living. Looking forward to meet new people & sharing stories with them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Back in 2016, I was assisting a filmmaker and we were travelling from one place to another to make documentary films. I met some of the most interesting, kind hearted and loving people through Couchsurfing. And thats something I love the most, meeting new people, sharing stories, cultural values & traditions with each other & I'm on Couchsurfing for the same. Hope to meet you someday!

Music, Movies, and Books

I literally have no favourites, be it anything, music, movies, books, tv shows or celebrities. Its like a feeling for me that I can't describe in words. I would listen to anything & everything depending on my mood and the same goes for movies & books as well.
