ABOUT ME

I am known to be a brilliant host. I love cooking, so I spend most of my weekends cooking and dining with friends. I also love travelling and wish to visit more places in the future and meet new people. Although I have an inherent tendency to be a little reserved, I try to open up and meet more people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Anton Chekov,Salman Rushdie, Vikram Seth, Rabindranath Tagore, Milan Kundera, Albert Camus, Gabriel Garcia Marcquez have been my all time favourites.
Movies: My favourites would include Shawshank Redemption, To kill a mockingbird, Life is beautiful, October sky, Appu Trilogy, Teesri Kasam, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Good Will Hunting, Beautiful Mind, Amistad.
Music: Hemant Kumar, Rehman, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Norah Jones, Bob Dylan, Don Mclean etc.

Through this forum, I wish to learn about different cultures of the world, the way they live and think about their society.
In return I can share the values and culture of the Indian society. I can also teach people how to cook simple Indian food.
