About Me

Edit (2022)-
I was gaining traction with paragliding venture, when Covid situation hit & pretty much got us all tied down & Indoors for most part!
Since there was no going back, I explored Poker, studied, played, and managed to get good at it & have now taken it up professionally.
Paragliding is still LOVE. Poker has definitely transformed a LOT in my life and it is looking LIT over the next few years!

Recap(upto2019)
I am a fun guy.
I did my corporate work thing for over a decade & I recently decided, I want to part ways with this kinda life.
I am taking up paragliding and other nature-related activities a lot more & I hope to make just enough money with that & actually focus on living more, than living "with more" stuff :)
Just stopped on the way, a bit,,
Just taking my time to smell the flowers.
Living in the moment.

Some words that absolutely I resonate with:

Relax, Simple life, Paragliding, freeflight, nature, People, creativity, positivity, honesty, respect, animals, awareness, calm, photography, movies, music, art, interest and a willingness to learn something new, Less needs, lesser wants..
New cultures, perspectives, and stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Edit (2022)
This still stays the same for most part, but now, with Poker, I can aspire to travel and have even more stories to share :) I have learned to cook some finger licking goodness kinda dishes in the lockdown & I would be glad to share the goodness in person!

Recap(upto 2019)
I am planning to travel all the more, now that I have all my time!
While travelling for work before, it was always about "reaching the meeting venue" and "formal interaction to make a sale" and then reaching back home to work more.

Now, I choose to travel to learn more.
Learn about the place, the people & perhaps learn more about myself in the process.
Staying with people, the locals, the travellers would be the best thing to do, I believe.

Let's share views, culture, stories & our understanding of all the matters that interest us.
Tell me how's life at your place on the planet, I will tell you about mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Edit(2022)
Since Lockdown, I managed to learn and play poker & get good at it, enough to make a reasonable case for me to take it up professionally!
THE MOST AMAZING THING for now is me officially getting invited to Fedor Holz's PokerCode GRINDHOUSE 3 set in Austria!
I hope to convert this rocket fuel of an opportunity into an amazing journey hereon in the Poker world!

Recap (upto 2019)
Paragliding!
Without a doubt, paragliding.
I did my first course back in 2017 &a since then, I am hooked!
This prompted me to actually give up the daily job & look at life with a fresh perspective.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach basic Yoga - focus on breathing, poses, stretch exercises.
I would love to learn anything that sparks interest.

I would be more than willing to share some work to be done at my hosts, that would give me the satisfaction of doing my bit.
I would definitely make some spicy Indian Tea-Latte for us.
