My name is Flavia, I come from Portugal and I study Drawing at Falmouth University, in the UK. I work for AYUDH Europe, a youth association which empowers young people to create individual and collective towards a more peaceful and sustainable world.
I am a yoga, acro-yoga and meditation practicioner and have a vegan diet as an every-day gift towards our beautiful planet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My attempts of being an active participant of a peaceful, global society makes me move around quite a bit. It also makes me see how important it is for us human beings to explore different lands and to welcome other people in our own.
I wish all humans could feel welcome anywhere in the world: CouchSurfing is a really good means for it. I love hosting, and I love when someone hosts me.
My mantra is to be thankful for life - and I am, so much...! I invite you to do the same - and again, CS is a great way to start!
