About Me
Originally from the great city of Dallas, Texas and later raised in the city of sin only to return Dallas to further my education. And now I've found myself back in Las Vegas. I'm huge into donating my time and efforts to help educate, support, and shape the youth. As a volunteer in Dallas at the non-profit organization promise house I sought to comfort and emphasize with the homeless youth housed in our shelter. I later became part of the board as the client representative and continued to volunteer so that I was able to better meet the youth's needs. Upon graduation I decided to reprioritize, so I moved back closer to my family. I now volunteer at my local LGBTQ center. I enjoy cycling, traveling, reading, and exploring nature. I hope to be a federal lawyer within the next five years.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've realized I don't need much luxuries while traveling only a place to lay my head and shower. I am also very much looking forward to interacting with my fellow humans from different walks of life
Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy all genres of music, but I did grow up listening to Punk music, I later became introduced to Hip-Hip and fell completely in love.
All of the X-Men movies as well as comics
I also enjoy Ed Piskor's comics
My favorite book is probably Even Cowgirls Get The Blues By Tom Robbins
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think the most amazing thing I've done is helping the youth, knowing that just by showing compassion, empathy, encouragement and love makes all the difference is worth it.
