Hello there! I am a Mexican living the dream in the USA since 2011. I'm sure everybody here loves traveling so do I. I travel every time I get a chance (weekends, holidays, day trips, trips, road trips...).
I've been in many places in the USA, and Mexico (mostly i the USA) and last summer I did a two month trip around Europe by myself (something that I am very proud of) it was wonderful.
I consider myself very friendly, sociable, clean, honest, respectful, helpful, enthusiastic, adventurous, easy going who adapts very easy, responsable, funny, positive and more.
I like meeting people wherever I go, sharing stories about traveling is the best. I am also interested in languages and cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Actually I'm kind of new in this site but when I came to the USA on 2011 I had friend who talked to me about Couch-surfing and it sounded amazing, the way how she met new people form every part of the world just by sharing her apartment, since then I have that idea on my mind, if I could help anyone with a room or a place to stay I'd definitively do it. I haven't gone back to my country since then just for vacation but I'm still thinking when I get my own place to share with travelers it will be amazing.
I used to have Au Pairs over at my host family house as interchange of a place to stay when they wanted to visit New York and also I visit some of them (San Francisco, Florida, Washington, and Philadelphia).
I consider myself a great host and also a really good guest, I could get references if you need them.
And the reason I am on couch surfing now and not before is because I finally decided that is time for me to keep looking forward and explore the world and new cultures.

Interests

I enjoy very much outdoor activities and even more if it's something new for me. I like hiking and exploring new places, I used to go camping with my family every year since I remember. I love the ocean and pretty much any activity that has to be with it like swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, fishing... I'd love to learn SCUBA diving and surfing.
Even though I grow up in a desert area, I love the forest, mountains and snow. I learned snowboarding on 2012 and since then I try to go and practice at least once at year.
I love to travel, taking pictures and making friends from all aeound the world. I love to hear personal stories about adventures/trips.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like pretty much everything, not picky at all. I like to heard any kind of music and watch any kind of movies (I think it depends on the mood that I am). I could say my favorite movies are those based on true events (usually drama) and of course I love Romance everywhere, music, movies, books... also I'd enjoy thriller movies or suspense the ones that makes you think what's gonna happen next or who's behind all that ;)
I'd read anything about psychology when I have a time or things that help me to be a better human being.
About music I really enjoy Regional Mexican music, I could say is my favorite or any ballad music where the lyrics say everything. Also I like Salsa and bachata. I love to Dance ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most amazing thing is helping someone in need. I love been there for people who needs me, family and friends mostly ( I guess that why I love Psychology).
But if you ask me about a trip or experience I'd say:
- Traveling around Europe by myself was an unique experience (no words to describe it) it was amazing!
-Swimming with whale sharks was amazing, such a great feeling filled with adrenaline.

Teach, Learn, Share

I very practical an usually I learn by observation and examples, the same when I teach something I always try to implement it in the real life and I like sharing what I learn.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A great meal made it by myself, I love cooking and baking and more if I'm not gonna eat alone :) Mexican food is my specialty.
If I'm going to stay in someone else house I like to be helpful.I don't know just ask ;)
I love making new friends and getting to know new cultures so I could introduce my culture and I'd love to hear everything about yours.
I'd like to bring something typical of my country too.
