'Fernweh' (noun, orig. German): A crave for travel; being homesick for a place you've never been

My favourite word in the german language and one that definitely describes my current state of mind. I feel the urge to travel the world, experience different cultures and make new experiences. I love meeting people from all around the world and the full Canadian experience is next on my list.

Unfortunately I can't host anybody myself right now, because
a) I'm currently traveling through Canada :D
b) I don't have my own place at the moment in Germany but I definetly want to host people once I do

Favorite books of all time always were and always will be the Harry Potter Series. If you never read them, there is a big part missing in your childhood!

When I was 16 I went to Canada for one Semester of High School. This was my second abroad experience. In 6th Grade I went on a student programme to China.
Being part of the Erasmus Programme and studying at the University of Bristol was a great time!
