I am a spontaneous adventure seeker and love outdoor activities, yoga, cycling, kayaking and water activities in general. I've lived in the UK, Canada and China and since studying abroad in Canada in 2009 have an endless curiosity to continue this never ending exploration of new places to experience and meet people from all corners of the globe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To expand my travel/friends network. There has never been a better way to meet people from different backgrounds and I feel that staying with someone local enables people to have a more authentic experience in the country they're visiting.

Interests

Food, cooking, adventure activities, getting lost in streets and finding places you wouldn't stumble upon if you stuck to the normal tourist routes. Love water activities (particularly kayaking - can spend hours on the water!) and being outdoors. I enjoy playing guitar when I'm bored just for leisure. Like going to local gigs/live music as well.
