About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Awake my soul

ABOUT ME

Very tough task I'd rather turn down for the moment... :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I recently decided to be involved in the Couchsurfing project but I have travelled for long by taking advantage of my friends' couch in several places..so why not to return the favour now and multiply the chance for many others?!

Interests

Many, but not as many as I would like them to be.

I used to play the piano, which I had to quit as I moved to study in UK but I never ever stopped listening to classical music as I got used since I was a child thanks to my music fan parents.
I am also an avid reader (mostly novels and short stories) and a self taught (often failing) gardener performing experiments on my small balcony.
On top of this, I am passionate, I mean PASSIONATE about travelling, to which I have devoted much of my spare time and energy. Most of all I love backpacking even though I am not a youngster any more...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As concerning travels, I can't stop thinking that I have recently gone through one of the best experiences I can ever imagine. Me and my husband Simone went on a trip to Chile and Argentina few months ago and we spent some days (too few unfortunately) trekking in the Chilean National Park of Torres del Paine. Honestly, I have never seen so amazing landscapes nor I was prepared to face such a beauty. Some spots left me simply speechless. It is defintely that kind of experience that anyone should go for once in their life and, personally speaking, once is not even enough!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share with hosts the basic knowledge I have about this beautiful city where I have been living just for few months. I'll give them my best pieces of advice to enjoy what I like the most, but I would also be happy to be suggested what to visit by adopting a perspective other than mine!

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Lebanon, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Palestine, Peru, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Syrian Arab Republic, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States
