Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Carpe diem :) Although I should probably think more about the future as I am getting older :)
ABOUT ME
I am very friendly and easy going person. I love to meet new people and I like to share... I am also very interested in foreign cultures, history and politics so you can expect me asking you lot of annoying questions :) I've also hitchhiked and traveled a lot so you can hear a lot of funny stories if you are interested :)
PHILOSOPHY
The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds, and the pessimist fears this is true (yes, I like irony)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Unfortunately not much but I occasionally meet new people via Couchsurfing and I finally got my own flat so I definitely plan to start hosting people from 2019.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've attended some meetups and I have also met some great people while traveling abroad!
Interests
That would be like a long list, I am curious and interested in everything: -)
But mostly - meeting new people, reading new books, learning new stuff, sports (currently badminton, volleyball, and swimming), playing guitar, hiking, talking with friends, having a good beer and much more :-)

Music, Movies, and Books
Favourite movie: I don't actually watch movies much, but it would be probably some oldschool horror like Alien and The Thing
Music: mostly metal and rock but sometimes also electronic music like drum and bass
Books: I really love sci-fi and fantasy but I am able to read almost any kind of book if it is worth:-) But my most favorite one would be The City and the Stars of A.C. Clarke, I really love the feeling of the book.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Wow, hard to say but I remember me sitting in front of a lake in mountains in Alaska, there was no other person except for me within a lot of miles. So there was complete silence, it was slowly getting dark, I had an amazing view - simply the most beautiful thing I've ever experienced.
Also swimming in the Mosul dam was kinda cool :)
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, I studied computer science and I currently freelance as a programmer, so I know thing or two about computers and stuff around. I am also playing Czech amateur billiard league so any billiard lectures would be for free :-) I can do guitar lessons as well (but only for beginners :) And of course lots of funny stories from my travels...
What I Can Share with Hosts
Definitely my taste for beer and awesome pubs in Brno :)
