ABOUT ME

My name is Naomi,and I'm living in Penghu county, Taiwan. This is a small island of Taiwan. Sea and sky here are amazing blue in summer, also sun is hot! I worked here as a physical therapist for more than one year. I taught special children to help them get better in movement.

Recently I saw "Blue Jasmine" by Woody Allen. It was so cruel and real. Bossa Nova is my favorite music type.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

HalfMarathon in Tarako National Park. It was my first time to run 21 kilometers around the mountain. I even could not think to finish it firstly. However, the fresh air and beautiful view made me forget the soreness and difficult in running. I was excited I did it finally!

Teach, Learn, Share

Being a physical therapist, I can teach you some simple stretch exercise to release stressful muscle. I ever learned Chinese yoga before. Maybe I can show you how to this.
